Your company has provided the opportunity for you to access GreenWood's performance mentors.

What happens now?

Enter your access code in the box above to reach your company's webpage on the GreenWood site.

Once you reach your company page, send a message to GreenWood with a short description of your goal, or the problem, or your dilemma.

You will receive an automated reply saying your message had been received. One of our Senior Consultants will get in touch shortly to take you through the initial process.

You will receive an individual code which you will use to log in in future. You can do this straight from the GreenWood home page by clicking the 'privileged access log in' box.

Your first work together will be an orientation session, when you will be informed of what using the service might involve for you, clarifying the issues and estimating how many sessions might be needed. A 'session' is an exchange of e mails.

It's important to understand that GreenWood's assistance is effective and efficient but it is not a 'quick fix'. You will need to put in time and effort, although you will not need to leave your office or home or take time off work. We understand that you would not take the trouble to consult us if you had not already put considerable time and effort into achieving your goal yourself, so you may find it does not take extra time, but we help you channel your energy in a more effective direction.

Should you decide you wish to proceed, you will agree a contract with your Consultant specifying your objectives, how you will know you have achieved them and how long it might take. This will be 3-9 sessions.

As you progress through the mentoring process, you will be asked from time to time to rate your progress. Through reviewing progress you may decide with your Consultant to shorten or lengthen the number of sessions you contract.

Once you have agreed the number of sessions you will be expected to honour your contract, as you will expect your Consultant to honour theirs. Failure to do this without good reason will jeopardise your chances of success and cause problems for your Consultant and for GreenWood, who wish to make the service available as widely as possible within your company's budget.

At the end of your work together your Consultant will ask you to complete a short evaluation of the GreenWood service. This will be anonymous as it will be visible both to your employer and to GreenWood. This will help us to learn, change and improve in future. It will also allow your employer to assess the quality of GreenWood's anonymous service. For more information, visit outcome measurement.
