Ati is registered with the British Psychological Society and the Health Professionals Council.
She has extensive experience within the UK National Health Service as well as working privately and consulting to a university occupational health service.
She has experience of designing and providing change interventions as well as managing services, developing specialist services and offering consultancy and supervision to other professionals.
Her preference is for intervention models which integrate the best strategies from different approaches, as well as cognitive-behavioural and solution-focused models.
Ati acts as external Consultant for the Occupational Health Department of a major London university.
Here she provides interventions for professionals, with the aim of managing stress and change, improving self-awareness and enhancing personal development.
Key to this is prevention work, to ameliorate the economic climate's potential impact on the work lives of university employees.
Ati is particularly interested in stress and change management and understanding and managing emotional-logical conflicts.
She enjoys identifying her clients' skills to bring about positive change and building on these to improve personal and professional performance.
