Because the service is anonymous there is reduced ‘response cost’ for the employee seeking assistance. It is essential that anonymity is preserved and that your employees have absolute trust in this. It is not possible to provide information on individual employees.
Information will be provided on outcome measurement for your employees using the GreenWood mentoring service: You will know how many employees have used the service, also to what extent individuals have achieved their goals although you will not know who the individuals are.
At the end of the agreed sessions, employees will be invited to write anonymous evaluations of the GreenWood service. These will be made directly available both to you and to GreenWood.
GreenWood will contact you every few months to make sure you are satisfied with the service.
You may also wish to collect your own data, for example on sickness and/or performance of the cohort of employees to whom you have made the service available.
