How it works
Your company can choose how many employees for whom the GreenWood service will become available. We suggest you choose up to 50 of your most highly valued.
GreenWood will provide information packs for the selected employees and we suggest a link through your website straight to GreenWood.
Employees who wish to use GreenWood log on to our site and enter the ‘privileged access’ code. They are then be able to send an e mail with a request to use the professional mentoring service.
The employee is connected to one of the Senior Consultants who uses the first exchange of e mails to clarify the employee’s goals and orient the employee to what will be required of them, also to estimate the number of sessions (exchange of e mails) needed.
If the employee wishes to continue, the psychologist and the employee agree a number of sessions (3-10). Your company contact will be billed by e mail for this number of sessions.
Some employees will use all their sessions weekly, others may decide to spread them out over time. This will depend on the nature of the issue.
