Outcome Measurement
GreenWood has two levels of outcome measurement, for individuals and for companies.
For individuals, we identify goals with you at the outcome, around the time we agree an estimated number of sessions (exchanges of e mails).
At the beginning, at review and at the end, you will be asked to rate out of 100 how near to these goals you are.
This feedback will help to calibrate your progress.
You will also be asked to complete (anonymously, of course) a questionnaire evaluating your experience of GreenWood’s service. This will be sent to your employer at the same time as to GreenWood so it can be used to improve our service.
For corporates, GreenWood provides direct, unadulterated access to your employees’ anonymous evaluations of our services, so you can see you are receiving the excellent service we promise.
You may also wish to put in place your own evaluation of our service, for example, looking at absence levels for the year before and a year during using GreenWood’s service, or checking performance among the group receiving the service.
We stay in touch with our corporate clients and ask for feed back regularly to ensure satisfaction and progress.
