Recently, Fiona received a Fellowship from the BABCP (British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists). This was in recognition of her contribution to the field in terms of research and clinical interventions as well as increasing awareness of and access to CBT. Also in recognition of the work, she has done bringing CBT to India in the context of training Indian volunteers to work with Indian “street” children.

It’s your choice whether to go for face to face or another method. We thoroughly recommend Skype (0r another VOIP) as it has the advantages of visual interaction. There is no need to travel or be tied down to a place to meet. You can choose whichever of us you prefer to work with, regardless of our location.
